About the Chalets

What types of chalets are available?

We currently offer two architecturally designed chalets:

  • Serenity — a one‑bedroom spa suite with a king bed, full kitchen, lounge, and a forest‑view spa framed by one‑way glass.
  • Harmony — a two‑bedroom accessible chalet with queen beds, open‑plan living, full kitchen, and a large veranda overlooking the forest.

Are the chalets suitable for children?

Wine Tree Estate is intentionally designed as a peaceful, adult‑focused retreat. As we are surrounded by open waterways, we do not encourage children.

How many guests can each chalet accommodate?

  • Serenity Chalet: Ideal for 1–2 adults
  • Harmony Chalet: Ideal for 2–4 adults

Yes – each chalet features individually controlled air‑conditioning in the bedrooms and Rinnai gas heating in the living areas, ensuring comfort year‑round.

We are located within the grounds of the Denmark Chocolate Company, just nine kilometres west of Denmark, Western Australia.

How far is Wine Tree Estate from major towns?

  • Perth: Approximately 413 km south
  • Albany: Approximately 64 km northwest

Is parking available?

Yes – each chalet includes private, on‑site parking.

Are your chalets wheelchair accessible?

Yes – Harmony our two bedroom chalet features an accessible bathroom, wide entry points, and an open‑plan layout designed for ease of movement.

Check‑In & Stay Details

Where is Wine Tree Estate located?

We are located within the grounds of the Denmark Chocolate Company, just nine kilometres west of Denmark, Western Australia.

What time is check‑in and check‑out?

Standard check‑in is from 4pm and check‑out 10am.

Is early check‑in or late check‑out available?

Subject to availability. Please contact us directly to enquire.

Is smoking permitted?

All chalets are strictly non‑smoking.

Are pets allowed?

To maintain the tranquillity of the estate and protect native wildlife, pets are not permitted.

Food, Drink & Experiences

Is breakfast included?

Continental Breakfast is included in the room and includes: Bread, butter, jam, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice.

Each chalet features a fully equipped kitchen for self‑catering if hot breakfast is required.

Are there food and drink options nearby?

Yes – Wine Tree Estate is moments from:

  • Denmark Chocolate Company (on‑site)
  • Scotsdale Road Gourmet Trail (wineries, cheese, cider)
  • Denmark town centre (cafés, restaurants, artisan producers, IGA)

    Yes – Wine Tree Estate Chalets operate completely off‑grid using:

    Will this affect my stay?

    Not at all. The chalets are designed to deliver a seamless luxury experience while coexisting with the natural environment.  We have a backup generator to ensure the high level service is always maintained.
